Hi, I'm Fernando Ayala! I teach 30-minute accordion lessons for $35 and love helping people connect with music, especially in the norteño style. I've been a musician for most of my life. I started playing clarinet at 9 years old and earned first chair in my district three years in a row. Around 14, I fell in love with Mexican music and joined a banda, which eventually led me to compete on national television.
I was a finalist on Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento and have appeared on shows like Primer Impacto and Suelta La Sopa. I've also been featured on the radio and had an article written about me in the LA Times. After all that, I started performing as a norteño soloist, singing and playing the accordion at both private and public events. I've been playing the accordion for about three years now, and it's become one of my favorite ways to share music.
