Places a great amount of emphasis on music theory, reading, and technique
All students are strongly encouraged urged to participate in Honor Orchestra, Strolling Strings, and/or the California Music Educators Association Solo/Ensemble Festivals each year
Holds a minimum of two recitals each year for students to showcase their progress
